These are booking conditions of YouthMents Living. Please read them before you make a reservation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Reservation of YouthMents Living apartments can be made on the website www.youthments.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. In the YouthMents booking form<\/a>\u00a0you must select check-in and check-out date (at least 30 days) and press “Search” button. If there are available apartments, you will see them. If not, you can check the availability calendar and find when your desired apartment type is available. Select the apartment type you wish to book. If you want to add bedding & towel set to your reservation, scroll down and select it. Then press “Next step”.\u00a0 Fill out all information required in the booking form and press “Book now”. After submitting the booking form, Youthments Ltd. Requisites will be sent to your e-mail. In order to guarantee your booking, you have to pay a security deposit in the amount of 1 month\u2019s rent to our bank account within 24 hours. After we receive the payment in our bank account (that can take 3 – 5 days), we will send you a confirmation letter.<\/p>\n

3. If we don’t receive the payment of the security deposit in our bank account within 5 working days, your reservation will be canceled.<\/p>\n

4. If the money transfer requires more than 5 working days, you should send a payment order to our e-mail info@youthments.com.<\/p>\n

5. You can cancel your reservation free of charge 1 month (30 days) prior to arrival. After that the security deposit is non-refundable.<\/p>\n

6. The security deposit is refunded to you at the end of the rental period in accordance with the terms of the residential tenancy agreement.<\/p>\n

7. On the YouthMents website, it is possible to book an apartment for a long term only (30 days and more). If you want to book an apartment for a shorter period (less than one month), please do that through Booking.com<\/a> or Airbnb.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

8. Bedding and towel set is not included in the apartment price. If you wish to have a bedding and towel set upon arrival, please select this option at the time of the booking. If you don’t select this option, you should bring your own bedding and towels. It won’t be possible to arrange this service at the time of your arrival. Therefore add this option to your reservation in advance. YouthMents Living will not be responsible for the absence of bed linen and towels in the apartment upon arrival, if such option was not selected in advance.<\/p>\n

9. There is no reception at YouthMents Living. You do the self-check-in upon arrival. You will receive all information one day before arrival.<\/p>\n

10. Together with self-check-in information, you will also receive an invoice (rent for the first month (30 days) and the fee for the bedding & towel set, if such was chosen). You can pay by bank transfer only.<\/p>\n

11. Monthly invoice is sent to your e-mail every month for the following month. You have seven days to pay the invoice.<\/p>\n

12. At the end of your residential tenancy agreement you pay the rent for the remaining days not for the whole month.<\/p>\n

13. It is possible to change your arrival date by contacting the rental office via e-mail info@youthments.com. You need to inform us at least 5 days before arrival.<\/p>\n

14. After the invoice for the first rental month is issued, you can’t change the arrival date.<\/p>\n

15. It is possible to change the booked apartment to another category, if available, by notifying the rental office at least 5 days before arrival.<\/p>\n

16. It is possible to change your departure date by notifying the rental office at least 30 days before departure. When the last invoice is issued, your departure date can’t be changed.<\/p>\n

17. By changing an apartment to another category, the fixed rent also changes.<\/p>\n

18. Payment at the moment of the reservation, as well as all future rent payments, include all costs related to the maintenance of the apartment, utility costs (heating, water), electricity, internet, basic kitchen utensils, access to self-service laundry and from the bicycle storage, permit to park the car in the courtyard.<\/p>\n

19. You need to notify us about the maintenance work needed to be done in the apartment as soon as you notice it. Our maintenance team will inspect the issue and plan repairs. It can take from one to three weeks.<\/p>\n

20. You can make a reservation at YouthMents Living if you are at least 18 years old.<\/p>\n

21. YouthMents Living has 4 floors and no elevator.<\/p>\n

22. YouthMents Living is not responsible for the behavior of the tenants living next to you, may they be cultural, religious or lifestyle differences.<\/p>\n

23. Before submitting the booking form, you have read these booking conditions, the lease contract<\/a> and the internal regulations<\/a>, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.<\/td>\n

Ja dz\u012bvok\u013ci b\u016bs pieejami, tie par\u0101d\u012bsies mekl\u0113\u0161anas rezult\u0101tos. Ja dz\u012bvok\u013ci nepar\u0101d\u0101s, tad j\u016bs varat apl\u016bkot pieejam\u012bbas kalend\u0101ru un atrast datumu, kad j\u016bsu izv\u0113l\u0113tais dz\u012bvok\u013ca veids ir pieejams. Izv\u0113laties dz\u012bvok\u013ca veidu, uzklik\u0161\u0137inot uz “Atlas\u012bt”. Ja v\u0113laties, tad pievienojiet rezerv\u0101cijai gultas piederumu un dvie\u013cu komplektu. Tad klik\u0161\u0137iniet uz “N\u0101kamais solis”. Aizpildiet visu rezerv\u0113\u0161anas form\u0101 pras\u012bto inform\u0101ciju un uzklik\u0161\u0137iniet uz “Rezerv\u0113t t\u016bl\u012bt”. P\u0113c rezerv\u0113\u0161anas formas iesnieg\u0161anas uz j\u016bsu nor\u0101d\u012bto e-pastu tiks nos\u016bt\u012bti Youthments SIA rekviz\u012bti. Lai garant\u0113tu savu rezerv\u0101ciju jums j\u0101iemaks\u0101 dro\u0161\u012bbas nauda viena \u012bres m\u0113ne\u0161a apm\u0113r\u0101 m\u016bsu bankas kont\u0101 24 stundu laik\u0101. 5. Rezerv\u0101ciju bezmaksas iesp\u0113jams atcelt 1 m\u0113nesi (30 dienas) pirms iebrauk\u0161anas. P\u0113c tam iemaks\u0101t\u0101 dro\u0161\u012bbas nauda netiek atgriezta.<\/p>\n

6. Dro\u0161\u012bbas nauda tiek atmaks\u0101ta jums atpaka\u013c p\u0113c \u012bres perioda beig\u0101m saska\u0146\u0101 ar dz\u012bvojam\u0101s telpas \u012bres l\u012bguma noteikumiem.<\/p>\n

7. YouthMents m\u0101jaslap\u0101 iesp\u0113jams rezerv\u0113t dz\u012bvokli tikai ilgtermi\u0146\u0101 (30 dienas un vair\u0101k). Ja nepiecie\u0161ams rezerv\u0113t dz\u012bvokli \u012bstermi\u0146\u0101 (maz\u0101k k\u0101 viens m\u0113nesis), tad, l\u016bdzu, veiciet rezerv\u0101ciju Booking.com<\/a> vai Airbnb.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

16. Izbrauk\u0161anas datumu ir iesp\u0113jams main\u012bt, pazi\u0146ojot par to administr\u0101cijai vismaz 30 dienas iepriek\u0161. P\u0113c tam, kad ir izveidots p\u0113d\u0113j\u0101 m\u0113ne\u0161a r\u0113\u0137ins, izbrauk\u0161anas datumu main\u012bt nav iesp\u0113jams.<\/p>\n

18.
