These are booking conditions of YouthMents Living. Please read them before you make a reservation.

1. Reservation of YouthMents Living apartments can be made on the website www.youthments.com.

2. In the YouthMents booking form you must select check-in and check-out date (at least 30 days) and press „Search“ button. If there are available apartments, you will see them. If not, you can check the availability calendar and find when your desired apartment type is available. Select the apartment type you wish to book. If you want to add bedding & towel set to your reservation, scroll down and select it. Then press „Next step“.  Fill out all information required in the booking form and press „Book now“. After submitting the booking form, Youthments Ltd. Requisites will be sent to your e-mail. In order to guarantee your booking, you have to pay a security deposit in the amount of 1 month’s rent to our bank account within 24 hours. After we receive the payment in our bank account (that can take 3 – 5 days), we will send you a confirmation letter.

3. If we don’t receive the payment of the security deposit in our bank account within 5 working days, your reservation will be canceled.

4. If the money transfer requires more than 5 working days, you should send a payment order to our e-mail info@youthments.com.

5. You can cancel your reservation free of charge 1 month (30 days) prior to arrival. After that the security deposit is non-refundable.

6. The security deposit is refunded to you at the end of the rental period in accordance with the terms of the residential tenancy agreement.

7. On the YouthMents website, it is possible to book an apartment for a long term only (30 days and more). If you want to book an apartment for a shorter period (less than one month), please do that through Booking.com or Airbnb.com.

8. Bedding and towel set is not included in the apartment price. If you wish to have a bedding and towel set upon arrival, please select this option at the time of the booking. If you don’t select this option, you should bring your own bedding and towels. It won’t be possible to arrange this service at the time of your arrival. Therefore add this option to your reservation in advance. YouthMents Living will not be responsible for the absence of bed linen and towels in the apartment upon arrival, if such option was not selected in advance.

9. There is no reception at YouthMents Living. You do the self-check-in upon arrival. You will receive all information one day before arrival.

10. Together with self-check-in information, you will also receive an invoice (rent for the first month (30 days) and the fee for the bedding & towel set, if such was chosen). You can pay by bank transfer only.

11. Monthly invoice is sent to your e-mail every month for the following month. You have seven days to pay the invoice.

12. At the end of your residential tenancy agreement you pay the rent for the remaining days not for the whole month.

13. It is possible to change your arrival date by contacting the rental office via e-mail info@youthments.com. You need to inform us at least 5 days before arrival.

14. After the invoice for the first rental month is issued, you can’t change the arrival date.

15. It is possible to change the booked apartment to another category, if available, by notifying the rental office at least 5 days before arrival.

16. It is possible to change your departure date by notifying the rental office at least 30 days before departure. When the last invoice is issued, your departure date can’t be changed.

17. By changing an apartment to another category, the fixed rent also changes.

18. Payment at the moment of the reservation, as well as all future rent payments, include all costs related to the maintenance of the apartment, utility costs (heating, water), electricity, internet, basic kitchen utensils, access to self-service laundry and from the bicycle storage, permit to park the car in the courtyard.

19. You need to notify us about the maintenance work needed to be done in the apartment as soon as you notice it. Our maintenance team will inspect the issue and plan repairs. It can take from one to three weeks.

20. You can make a reservation at YouthMents Living if you are at least 18 years old.

21. YouthMents Living has 4 floors and no elevator.

22. YouthMents Living is not responsible for the behavior of the tenants living next to you, may they be cultural, religious or lifestyle differences.

23. Before submitting the booking form, you have read these booking conditions, the lease contract and the internal regulations, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.

1. Rezervēt YouthMents Living dzīvokļus iespējams mājaslapā www.youthments.com.

2. YouthMents mājaslapas rezervēšanas formā jāizvēlas reģistrēšanās un izbraukšanas datums (vismaz 30 dienas) un jāuzklikšķina uz „Meklēt“. Ja dzīvokļi būs pieejami, tie parādīsies meklēšanas rezultātos. Ja dzīvokļi neparādās, tad jūs varat aplūkot pieejamības kalendāru un atrast datumu, kad jūsu izvēlētais dzīvokļa veids ir pieejams. Izvēlaties dzīvokļa veidu, uzklikšķinot uz „Atlasīt“. Ja vēlaties, tad pievienojiet rezervācijai gultas piederumu un dvieļu komplektu. Tad klikšķiniet uz „Nākamais solis“. Aizpildiet visu rezervēšanas formā prasīto informāciju un uzklikšķiniet uz „Rezervēt tūlīt“. Pēc rezervēšanas formas iesniegšanas uz jūsu norādīto e-pastu tiks nosūtīti Youthments SIA rekvizīti. Lai garantētu savu rezervāciju jums jāiemaksā drošības nauda viena īres mēneša apmērā mūsu bankas kontā 24 stundu laikā. Kad saņemsim drošības naudu mūsu bankas kontā (tas var aizņemt 3 – 5 dienas), tev jums nosūtīts rezervācijas apstiprinājums.

3. Ja nesaņemsim drošības naudu mūsu bankas kontā 5 darba dienu laikā, jūsu rezervācija tiks atcelta.

4. Ja naudas pārskaitījumam nepieciešams ilgāk par 5 darba dienām, tad jums jāatsūta maksājuma uzdevuma kopija uz e-pastu info@youthments.com.

5. Rezervāciju bezmaksas iespējams atcelt 1 mēnesi (30 dienas) pirms iebraukšanas. Pēc tam iemaksātā drošības nauda netiek atgriezta.

6. Drošības nauda tiek atmaksāta jums atpakaļ pēc īres perioda beigām saskaņā ar dzīvojamās telpas īres līguma noteikumiem.

7. YouthMents mājaslapā iespējams rezervēt dzīvokli tikai ilgtermiņā (30 dienas un vairāk). Ja nepieciešams rezervēt dzīvokli īstermiņā (mazāk kā viens mēnesis), tad, lūdzu, veiciet rezervāciju Booking.com vai Airbnb.com.

8. Gultas piederumu un dvieļu komplekts nav iekļauts dzīvokļa cenā. Ja vēlaties, lai gultas piederumu un dvieļu komlekts būtu dzīvoklī jūsu iebraukšanas dienā, tad jums jāizvēlas šis papildpakalpojums rezervācijas brīdī. Ja neizvēlēsieties šo papildpakalpojumu, tad neaizmirstiet paņemt līdzi savus gultas piederumus un dvieļus. Šo pakalpojumu nebūs iespējams saņemt uz vietas iebraukšanas dienā. Tāpēc pievienojiet šo pakalpojumu rezervācijai jau iepriekš. YouthMents Living nav atbildīgs, ja jūsu iebraukšanas dienā dzīvoklī nav gultas piederumi un dvieļi, ja tie iepriekš nebija izvēlēti kā papildpakalpojums.

9. YouthMents Living ēkā nav recepcijas. Dzīvoklī jūs iebrauksiet patstāvīgi. Jūs saņemsiet pašreģistrēšanās informāciju dienu pirms iebraukšanas.

10. Kopā ar pašreģistrēšanās informāciju jūs saņemsiet arī rēķinu par pirmo īres mēnesi (30 dienām) un maksu par gultas piederumu un dvieļu komplektu, ja tāds izvēlēts. Maksāt var tikai ar bankas pārskaitījumu.

11. Maksa par īri tiek izsūtīta katru mēnesi par nākošo mēnesi. Jums ir dotas septiņas dienas, lai apmaksātu rēķinu.

12. Dzīvojamās telpas īres līguma beigās jūs maksājiet par palikušajām dienām, nevis par veselu mēnesi.

13. Par iebraukšanas datuma maiņu ir iespējams vienoties ar administrāciju, rakstot uz e-pastu info@youthments.com. Jums nepieciešams mūs informēt vismaz 5 dienas pirms iebraukšanas.

14. Pēc tam, kad ir izveidots rēķins par pirmo īres mēnesi, iebraukšanas datumu mainīt nav iespējams.

15. Rezervētā dzīvokļa maiņa uz citas kategorijas dzīvokli, ja tas ir pieejams, ir iespējama, paziņojot par to administrācijai vismaz 5 dienas pirms ierašanās.

16. Izbraukšanas datumu ir iespējams mainīt, paziņojot par to administrācijai vismaz 30 dienas iepriekš. Pēc tam, kad ir izveidots pēdējā mēneša rēķins, izbraukšanas datumu mainīt nav iespējams.

17. Mainot dzīvokli uz citas kategorijas dzīvokli, tiek mainīta arī fiksētā īres maksa atbilstoši dzīvokļa kategorijai.

18. Rezervācijas maksā, kā arī turpmākajos īres maksājumos, ir iekļautas visas izmaksas, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļa uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu, maksa par komunālajiem pakalpojumiem (apkuri, ūdeni), elektrība, internets, pamata virtuves piederumi, pieeja pašapkalpošanās veļas mazgātavai un velosipēdu novietnei, atļauja mašīnas novietošanai pagalmā.

19. Jums mums jāpaziņo par nepieciešamajiem dzīvokļa remontdarbiem tiklīdz pamanāt kādas nepilnības. Mūsu komanda aplūkos problēmu un plānos remontdarbus. Tas var aizņemt no vienas līdz trim nedēļām.

20. Jūs varat veikt rezervāciju YouthMents Living, ja esat sasniedzis 18 gadu vecumu.

21. YouthMents Living ēka sastāv no četriem stāviem un tai nav lifta.

22. YouthMents neatbild par jums blakus dzīvojošo īrnieku uzvedību, kultūras, reliģijas vai dzīvesveida atšķirībām.

23. Pirms rezervācijas formas iesniegšanas, jūs esat iepazinies/usies ar šiem rezervācijas noteikumiem, īres līguma paraugu un ēkas iekšējiem kārtības noteikumiem, piekrītiet tiem un apņematies tos ievērot.
